What can I do to easily update my donor information with you?
If you would like to update your name, address, phone number or you would like to update the gift amount, gift frequency, your credit card or banking information for your Frequent Donor Program gift, please login to your PayPal account and modify your information or gift amount.

What name will I see on my credit card statement for my donation to ANCT?
You will see a line item on your credit card statement with the name "PAYPAL *ANC TORONTO".

Will ANCT disclose or publish my name and donation amount?
No, all donations to ANCT through this web site will remain confidential and ANCT will not publish them.

Will I receive a tax deductible receipt for my donation?
No, the ANCT does not issue any tax deductible receipts.

Will I receive a receipt for my donation?
To guarantee that your online donation transaction is secure, ANCT performs all of its online transactions through PayPal which will auto generate an e-receipt and will mail it your email address.  This is based on your preferences set in your PayPal account.  To alter your preferences please login to your PayPal account.

How do I cancel my Frequent Donor Program subscription?

1. On the main donation page click on the Unsubscribe button or click here.
2. Log into your PayPal account
3. Click "History"
4. Select "Subscriptions" from the "Show:" drop-down box.
5. You may need to select a longer timeframe from the "For:" drop-down box if you have had your account longer than a month. Try selecting "Past Year".
6. Press submit.
7. You should see an entry called "Subscription Creation" with "Armenian National Committee of Toronto" in the "Name/Email" column. There will be a link in the "Status" column that tells you the status of the subscription. If it says "Active", click it.
8. Click the button that says "Cancel Subscription" and follow the remainder of the steps.
